Order Cancellation
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Before Shipment: Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. If your order has not been dispatched and you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately at the Contact Us page. We will process the cancellation and issue a full refund.
- After Shipment: Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once they have been dispatched. However, you may refuse the package upon delivery, and it will be returned to us. Once we receive the returned package (unopened, unused, and in its original packaging), we will process the refund, deducting shipping charges.
Return or Replacement
We’re confident you’ll love our products, but if they don’t meet your expectations, here’s how we can help:
- Damaged, Defective or Wrong Products: If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong product, please notify us within 3 days of receipt. We will require proof of the damage or defect (You must provide a parcel opening video or product not working video for the claim). Upon verification, we will approve the return or replacement. You have to ship the product back to us with its original packing (original box, accessories, cables and documentation). Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Once we receive the returned package (in its original packaging along with its all accessories), we will process the full refund or ship the replacement product.
- Change of Mind: If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return the product within 3 days of receipt, provided that the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging along with its all accessories (original box, accessories, cables and documentation). Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. A refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the product, minus original shipping charges.
- How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at the Contact Us page or our contact information provided in the Site, with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 working days of us receiving the returned product. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to one billing cycle to appear on your statement.
Refunds for Approved Cases
For cases where a refund is deemed appropriate:
- A refund will be processed back to the original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your bank’s policies.
- You will be notified via email once your refund has been initiated.
Replacement for Approved Cases
